It’s striking that all the early reviews for this TV are four or five stars, all the later ones are one star. We bought ours two years ago (at BB for 0) and have been very happy with it. There are some design features that could definitely be improved, as another reviewer mentioned, the info screen that comes up when you change channels is very annoying (and there’s no way to delete it or make it smaller), on the other hand, the channel numbers are very small and hard to read and you can’t adjust the size (as you can for captions). Changing the settings could be more intuitive, but not much needs to be done after the initial setup. The headphone jack is in the back next to the other cable connections so you have to turn the set around to attach headphones, though it’s light so not a big problem, although it could be if it was attached to the wall. Also, the metal base would be more attractive if it was black, but it’s mostly unobtrusive. All in all it’s been just what we wanted in a small TV with excellent resolution and decent sound.
